Lovely Christmas artworks on display at Hitchin Christmas tree festival!
We enjoyed taking part in the Hitchin Christmas Tree Festival at Holy Saviour Church this weekend!
Our tree, titled 'The Village Green’, was adorned with some lovely decorations, which were all hand-made by pupils. Little clay houses had been made by pupils during Junior and Senior Art club sessions, whilst pupils in our Year 5 Art hobby made some fantastic fabric pom-poms.
"Our pupils have the opportunity to take part in a variety of artistic clubs and activities, and it is wonderful when the pupils can see their artwork and efforts on display," says David Weston, Head at Kingshott. "It is a lovely event to take part in, and we were all incredibly proud to see how magical our decorations looked alongside all of the other wonderful trees that were on display."
