Senior School Scholarships

We are delighted to introduce our new Kingshott Scholars programme.

We have always been proud of the excellent academic and pastoral grounding we provide for all of our pupils during their time as members of our community, and we are now particularly ambitious about the next stage of our development as we grow our offering to include the delivery of GCSEs.

Kingshott Scholars is a programme designed to recognise pupils with exemplary talents and skills in a variety of fields, and to then nurture and further develop those talents and skills during their time at the school.

Scholarships are awarded for Academic, Art, Drama, Music and Sports to pupils joining Year 7 who demonstrate a high level of ability or potential, combined with enthusiasm for their chosen field.

Kingshott Scholars benefit from specific and targeted tutoring in their area of talent, alongside additional enrichment opportunities. Our scholarships are awarded on merit to the highest achievers in our Scholarship assessment which will take place in January, on the afternoons of our entrance assessment (held for external pupils joining us into Year 7). Initially we are launching these Scholarships for Year 7, and in future years we will add Year 9 Scholarships too.

We want our Scholars to make a major contribution to their field at Kingshott, to be excited to develop and engage wholeheartedly in their Scholarship activities.
