Travelling to Kingshott

Kingshott School is perfectly located on the outskirts of Hitchin on a beautiful 23 acre site. 

We are easily accessible by car, just a few minutes from the A1, with large car parks and easy drop off points for busy parents. 

Our new shuttle bus transfer runs daily from Hitchin station!
We are conveniently located just 10 minutes from Hitchin train station. Hitchin train station is incredibly well connected serving many towns across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and into Cambridgeshire.  

Senior School students can now access Kingshott by train, by booking our station shuttle bus for just £2 per journey. This service is run by our own staff, using our school minibuses:

 - Morning pick-up from Hitchin station from 7:45am (bus arrives, pupils can board) to 8am (when bus departs)

- Early afternoon drop-off to Hitchin station at circa 4:30pm (leaves Kingshott at 4:15pm, after school at 4pm)

 - Late afternoon drop-off to Hitchin station at circa 5:45pm (leaves Kingshott at 5:30pm).
