| If you would like to join Kingshott, the first step is to Register your child. A £100 fee is payable and this means that your child is registered to join the School, depending on space availability, and subject to our Assessment process. | £100 |

| Fee for confirmation of entry: £500 deposit is payable on receipt of an offer. This amount is deducted from the final account when your child leaves the school. In the event of cancellation, the money is non-returnable. | £500 |

| Notes on Fees and Charges |

| Sibling discounts of 2.5% are given for each second and subsequent child. These remain as long as there are siblings in the school. |
| The fees (Nursery & School) include lunch and all snacks. |
| The term’s fee does not include wraparound care, extra music tuition, LAMDA and dance lessons, personal expenses, school trips or school photographs. |
| Childcare vouchers and tax free childcare accounts can be used against fees up to and including the term in which a child turns 5. Vouchers can also be used for payment of Breakfast Club or After School Care until the child leaves Kingshott. For information on using the Childcare Voucher Schemes |
| Unfortunately we are unable to offer the Government funded 30 or 15 hours of free childcare. |
| Giving Notice |

| A full term’s notice is required before removing your child from the school, or a term’s fees paid in lieu of such notice. |
| Half a term’s notice is required for the termination of all chargeable extra-curricular activities. |

| Payment of Fees |

| Before the start of each term we will send you a bill consisting of the term’s fee and personal insurance (£9 compulsory charge per term), including any optional extras charged to your account, such as music lessons or school trips. |
| Fees are paid by direct debit, either at the beginning of each term or in ten monthly instalments. A monthly service charge of 2% will be added to overdue balances. |
