We support & stretch our Senior Students
Students are known, understood and supported at Kingshott. Our teachers and staff resolutely focus on supporting and stretching our students’ academic development, together with their mental and physical wellbeing.
In the classroom, students are all taught by subject specialists. They are supported with additional learning support or stretched further via scholarship extension where appropriate.
”Pupils’ attitudes to learning are exceptional; they say teachers help them to see that they can achieve well.”

We strongly believe that when students are happy, heathy and confident they are able to successfully achieve their personal potential. So we place student wellbeing at the heart of School life at Kingshott.
-
Our Head of Pupil Welfare, who has counselling experience, is the School’s Mental Health lead.
-
Our School Nurse is also on site every day, supporting students health and medical needs.
They work in partnership (in the coming year they will be together in our new Wellbeing Centre), and closely with all staff and families to support students of all ages with their individual wellbeing needs.
