Kingshott partners with Olympians to offer new Swim School
We are delighted to announce the launch of a new external swim club at Kingshott!
Swim@ is a highly reputable provider, owned and led by Olympians, with centres operating across the UK.
Swim@Kingshott will offer lessons for 3-11 year olds of all abilities, delivered by expert teachers, after school and at the weekends. The bespoke Swim@ swimming programme has been designed by Olympic medallists Rebecca Adlington OBE and Steve Parry MBE to enable children to swim confidently. With weekly themes to keep little ones engaged, and small class sizes, lessons will be fun and progressive for all swimmers.
“We are delighted to be working closely with this new external swim club, especially given their high levels of expertise in, and dedication for, swimming” says Kingshott’s Head, David Weston.
We encourage any local families who are looking for swimming lessons in Hitchin, and the surrounding areas including Welwyn and Stevenage, to register their interest with them directly. Current pupils will also benefit from the School’s new association with Swim@, as they will also be investing in our existing pool facilities. The changing rooms will be receiving a complete refurbishment so all pupils (during school lessons) and Swim@ children, can get ready for their lessons more comfortably.
This new exciting initiative is a result of Kingshott now being a part of the Mill Hill Education Group.
