In celebration of Chinese New Year one of our Year 7 pupils wanted to share his culture with his year group.

We organised a Chinese New Year celebration at breaktime, with Mrs Keel providing the Chinese snacks and decorations (from her time living in Shanghai) The pupils really enjoyed being taught some calligraphy and some Mandarin, “xin nian kuai le” which means ‘Happy New Year’!
